Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For custom orders, the expected processing time is between 2-4 weeks, depending on the specifics of the order.

Domestic Orders (Finland)
All domestic orders within Finland include free shipping. You'll get confirmation email and a tracking number for your package.

Orders are shipped via Posti and typically delivered within 1-3 business days after processing. Packages are delivered to the nearest Posti Parcel Locker or pickup point.

EU & International Orders
Unfortunately right now we don't offer international or EU shipping. 

Customs Fees and Duties
Please note that customers are responsible for any additional international customs fees, duties, taxes, or port fees that may apply to their order.
